The collection

Eight preserves, composed with care.

Each of our varieties is produced from a dedicated recipe, in small batches, and with patient attention to the fruit that inspires it. Our collection is intentionally modest: we would rather make eight preserves well than eighteen in passing.

Our preserves are cooked, set, and sealed at our kitchen in Almond Harbor. We do not contract out our production, and we have no plans to. We are a small company, and intend to remain one.
