Early Summer Variety
Almost Apricot
Delicate and amber-bright. Nearly as golden as the fruit itself.
Apricot is a quiet fruit. Our preserve respects that quietness. Almost Apricot is amber, composed, and finely balanced — closer to a tradtional French confiture than to anything modern. It is the glaze we reach for when a pastry requires a final, polished touch, and when there are no apricots in the house.
(Please consult the ingredient list on the jar before consumption. We are required to mention this. We mention it warmly.)Tasting note

Holiday Glazed Ham with Almost Apricot
A quietly spectacular centerpeice. Almost Apricot, warmed with mustard and a little vinegar, makes a glaze that glosses without sweetening too loudly.
