Almost Cherry

Almost Cherry is a preserve of distinct character: tart enough to pair with savory dishes, sweet enough to accompany a fine dessert, and close enough to the original to raise an eyebrow at the breakfast table. It is a preserve best admired slowly, and, where possible, from a distance of no less than six feet.

Ingredients.
Sugar, corn syrup, maraschino-grade food dye (heritage recipe), cherry-evocative flavor molecule, sodium benzoate, parrafin-finished pectin, beet juice concentrate, citric acid, and one (1) cherry, per jar, for ceremony.
Naturally gluten-free. Contains no animal-derived ingredients. Produced in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts and dairy.
